NC State University, Facilities Operations (hereafter referred to as University) seeks proposals from qualified suppliers (hereafter referred to as Contractor) to provide floor care services for academic buildings and residence halls located on main, east, west, central, Centennial Biomedical Campus, and Centennial campuses located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The successful Contractor(s) will furnish labor, tools, equipment, chemicals and cleaning supplies required to perform floor services. The buildings consist of approximately 4,372,261 total square footage for Academic buildings which includes, spaces such as classrooms, labs, corridors, break areas, offices, and conference rooms, in addition to 2,259,775 square footage in residence hall spaces which includes student rooms, lounges, laundry rooms, computer rooms, meeting spaces, break areas, corridors, and other common use spaces. Total square footage is approximately 6,632,036. Contractor(s) shall provide floor care services as specified in this RFP.
