**As of June 21, 2022, project was awarded to Henry W Bergman Inc. but awarded amount is not available** Perrysburg Schools is accepting bids for the following miscellaneous projects: 1. Toth Elementary Parking Lot Improvements 2. Junior High School Auditorium Smoke Relief upgrades 3. High School Stage Floor Improvements. The original Proposals must be delivered to the office ofa James Mapus, Executive Director of Operations, at the Perrysburg Maintenance Building, 1200 Flagship Drive, Perrysburg, OH 43551. An electronic copy of the proposal shall be submitted as one PDF file, named with the Proposer's name and title of the project via email to: James Mapus, Executive Director of Operations at jmapus@perrysburgschools.net and Matthew Willbur, AIA, The Collaborative, at mwillbur@tc.design. A contract will be awarded based on the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Owner, with price being considered but not determinative. A Contract bond may be required for the Project from each selected Contractor. Perrysburg Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities in the proposals and to reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals.
