The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services for the Donovan DMV Building located at 4110 Donovan Way in North Las Vegas, Nevada as described in the scope of work and attachments. The Buildings and Ground Section, as the overall project monitor, will retain sole control and responsibility for providing continuous professional janitorial work, as required, for janitorial services. The awarded vendor will supply the necessary labor, materials, and supplies to maintain the building. The awarded vendor is expected to provide and utilize cleaning chemicals that will clean and sanitize all surfaces, subject to approval of the Buildings and Grounds designee. Awarded vendor is required to supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each material utilized onsite. These sheets should be stored in a binder, kept in a visible, easily accessible area of the janitorial workstation, as identified by the Buildings and Grounds designee. Vendor should have at least 3 years of experience cleaning a 50,000 square foot property, 5 years of janitorial experience, an established business of over 5 years and a local store front. This should be included the proposal. Deadline for Questions No later than 5:00 pm on 05/11/2022 A. This building is a one-story building with 5,468 square feet. B. There are four (4) restrooms (1) janitorial closet, and one (1) break room. C. The approximate square footage of the carpet, tile, and VCT are as follows: 1. Tile 300 S.F 2. VCT 5,100 S.F 3. Window 600 S.F D. A day porter will work from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm when DMV is open for business and will be required to empty trash cans and ashtrays in front and behind the building. E. Vacuuming should cease by 8:00 am F. Conference rooms and tables should be cleaned by 8:00 am G. High dusting up to thirty (30) feet in the lobby will be completed once a year (which include and is not limited to: duck work, overhead framing, ledges, lights soffits, etc.) H. Baby changing station will be cleaned nightly and as needed by day porter I. Night Porter will power wash all entrances as needed to maintain a clean and free of dust and trash entryways up to 20-feet out from main entrance. J. Under this agreement all services will be included and that includes the maintenance of all #3 as needed and no less than once per year cleaning. K. A day porter will work from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm when DMV is open for business and will be required to empty trash cans and ashtrays in front and behind the building. L. Vacuuming should cease by 8:00 am M. Conference rooms and tables should be cleaned by 8:00 am N. High dusting up to thirty (30) feet in the lobby will be completed once a year (which include and is not limited to: duck work, overhead framing, ledges, lights soffits, etc.) O.
