Financial guarantees and other requirements may be included in the tender documents. Only submissions will be considered that are submitted by persons, companies and companies having an establishment in Canada or in a CETA signatory country. The Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) are applicable to this contract.
