Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Per the owner, as of February 13, 2025, this solicitation was cancelled. Memorial Union, a 133,000 sq. ft., four-story building, was constructed in 1953 with subsequent additions in 1963 and 1991. The University proposes to renovate the building, including a possible small 9,000 sf addition, and improve adjacent parking and landscaping. .......................... Questions should be submitted in a Microsoft Word attachment. Please reference the RFP# on all correspondence The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
