Only persons or firms possessing current, valid type "C-51" California Contractor's License or an "A" California Contractor's License will be considered for this work. Contractor's License must be held in the Firm's name submitting the respons Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all equipment, rigging, labor, materials and transportation to fabricate and deliver two (2) radial gates at the Westside Main Check per the schedule set forth in Section 5.4. The existing (2) two gates are beyond their useful service life and are in need of replacement. The Contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, transportation and offloading of the two (2) radial gates for the Westside Main Check. Respondent will have to answer the Contractor/Consultant Health Questionnaire (attached) and have their forehead temperature checked. Access to the building will not be granted if any of the questions is answered "Yes", or have a measured forehead temperature of 100.4F or higher. Adequate face covering (facemask) is not required, but is recommended. Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, May 24, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, May 26, 2022. All respondents are instructed to furnish, along with their response, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. A Bid Bond form is included with the Response Forms. All respondents are cautioned to provide complete response packages in accordance with all requirements in this complete Primary Request for Proposal. Incomplete submittals will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated for possible award.
