The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado, is soliciting proposals for the purchase of an Excavator to be used by the Adobe Buttes Landfill. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for the purchase of an Excavator to be used by the Adobe Buttes Landfill. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County). Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached. Prices are to reflect delivery to Eckert, Colorado. Delivery will be made to the Adobe Buttes Landfill located at 1221 Trap Club Rd, Eckert, CO 81418. The Adobe Buttes Landfill shall accept responsibility for the equipment at that time. For questions concerning the specifications for the purchase of the Excavator, please email Gary Bardessona, Landfill Manager, Adobe Buttes Landfill. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality, and accept the Proposal that best serves the Countys interest.
