The City of Oxnard invites sealed Bids for PLEASANT VALLEY PARK RESTROOM PROJECT, SPECIFICATION NO. PW 21-84, HUD AGREEMENT NO. B-19-MC-06-0534. As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to demolish and remove an existing restroom building and install a new prefabricated restroom building including utility hookups, site furnishings, hardscape, landscape, ADA compliant sidewalk, and roof. The prefabricated restroom has been pre-purchased by the City and will be installed by the Contractor onsite. Installation will include offloading the Exeloo restroom from the delivery truck per Manufacturer specifications.This Project is funded in part by Community Development Block Grant funds ("CDBG") from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and the Project is subject to, and must comply with, the applicable Grant requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents.Inquiries regarding this Notice Inviting Bids may be directed to lisa.shirley@oxnard.org.Contractor must complete all Work within sixty-five (65) Working Days of the City's Notice to Proceed. There will be a $5 00 assessment for each Calendar Day that Work remains incomplete beyond the Project completion deadline The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the City that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agre ement and to complete the work contemplated therein. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days.
