Q & A deadline: May 04, 2022 3:30:00 PM EDT This work is to be bid only by KUB pre-qualified contractors in the following area: 4.3 Gas Utility Construction, No Bid Limit and Nominal 4 inch and under pipe sizes in HDPE material. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not pre-qualified in the above-mentioned category prior to the bid opening. Notice of Award on or about May 11, 2022.Issue addendum if required by 3:30PM on May 5, 2022. Notice to Proceed on or about May 23, 2022 (commence date within 30 days) Substantial Completion within 210 days from the commence date in Notice to Description of Work: Work shall include the installation of 7,050' of 2" MDPE gas main and related facilities to serve Beaver Brook Dr, Cochise Dr, Ottari Dr, Ferndale Rd, Fielden Dr & Reddege Dr. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities.
