All janitorial services, lawn care, and landscaping at the Rest Areas, Welcome Centers, and Weigh Stations must be performed via subcontract with RESPECT of Florida or its successors. The Contractor shall be responsible for the oversight of the work performed by RESPECT of Florida and work together to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The Contractor will be required to begin work on August 11, 2022. BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE RECEIVED THROUGH BID EXPRESS.
