Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 0 Performance based Asset Maintenance Contract for the 20th St. Pump Station and all Rest Areas, Welcome Centers, and Weigh
Stations in District Two (not including the (2) two Rest Areas located on I-75 in Alachua County). All janitorial services, lawn care,
and landscaping at the Rest Areas, Welcome Centers, and Weigh Stations must be performed via subcontract with RESPECT of
Florida or its successors. The Contractor shall be responsible for the oversight of the work performed by RESPECT of Florida
and work together to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The Contractor will be required to begin work on August 11,
2022. BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE RECEIVED THROUGH BID EXPRESS. Both the Technical Proposal and the
Price Proposal shall be submitted to: d2.purch@dot.state.fl.us. Refer to "Document Ordering Information" for instructions on
ordering RFP/Scope of Services and other documents related to this Contract For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
