Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Tanner, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Taxilane Pavement Maintenance at Richard Arthur Field Airport. Major items of work include: Crack Seal, Seal Coat, Pavement Markings at Pryor Field Regional Airport located at 22511 Stearman Way, Tanner, Alabama 35671. Sealcoat and Remarking Taxilanes and Apron Areas. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, but not to exceed $50,000. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to the Pryor Field Airport Authority. All Bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding or bid will not be received or considered by the Engineer; the Bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying the license number on the outside of the envelope in which the Proposal is delivered. "A contractor must have a Heavy and Railroad major license or a Heavy and Railroad specialty license to bid as prime for this project." Bids may be held by the Pryor Field Airport Authority for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. Award of contract is subject to requirements in the contract documents including, but not limited to, the following Federal provisions: 1)Civil Rights - Title VI Assurances The Pryor Field Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received.
