The project limits include all interchanges and subsections within the Limited Access Right of Way including the Northbound and Southbound Rest Areas south of Gainesville at Paynes Prairie and all service roads, pits, miscellaneous properties, and park-and-ride limits as identified in Section 4.10. The Contractor will be required to mobilize and begin work on July 1, 2022. Both the Technical Proposal and the Price Proposal shall be submitted to: d2.purch@dot.state.fl.us. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
