Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 0 Performance based Asset Maintenance Contract for Interstate 75 in Alachua County. The project limits include all interchanges and subsections within the Limited Access Right of Way including the Northbound and Southbound Rest Areas south of Gainesville at Paynes Prairie and all service roads, pits, miscellaneous properties, and park-and-ride limits as identified in Section 4.10. The Contractor will be required to mobilize and begin work on July 1, 2022. Both the Technical Proposal and the Price Proposal shall be submitted to: d2.purch@dot.state.fl.us. Refer to "Document Ordering Information" for instructions on ordering RFP/Scope of Services and other documents related to this Contract. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
