The Town of Clinton is accepting bids for the following: 24' wide with 4" of loose gravel 1) 11 1/2 St from Hwy 8 North Approx. 1000' 2) 12 1/4 Ave from 11th St West Approx. 1300' 3) 13 1/4 Ave from 10th St East Approx. 1340' 4) 13 1/2 Ave from CTY F West Approx. 2600' 5) 14 1/2 Ave from 8 3/4 St West Approx. 1300' 6) 11th St from 16th Ave South Approx. 2600' 7) 13th Ave from 11th St West to Blacktop Approx. 3000' 28' wide with 4" of loose gravel 8) 13th Ave from 8th St east Approx. 1380' The project consists of providing and hauling 3/4 inch dense graded base aggregate. The material must meet the minimum requirements of the WISDOT. Bid price should be per ton, per road and payment will be on fi nal tonnage. Project end date is October 1,2022 A certificate of insurance together with an executed contract will be required of the successful bidder. The Town requires that the contractors assume an affi rmative duty to notify the Town of errors in the plans and specifications. The Town requires bid responsiveness, i.e., the bid must comply with all material requirements of the bid invitation and specifications, The Town reserves the right to reject non-responsive bids.
