Site work for a civil project in Owensboro, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
OMU will need to relocate several water lines at Plant A as a result of the Plant A Demolition project. The project will require the installation of approximately 820 linear feet of 16 C900 DR18 PVC Pipe and associated fittings and valves. As well as the Tie-in of 4 existing wells. This will be installed in a heavily congested area and therefore the exact routing and installation process may vary depending on the contractor. This will also require the use of specialized equipment to tie-in to the existing reinforced concrete pipe and ductile pipe while remaining in service. This work will start in the spring of 2022 and completed in the summer of 2022. OMU reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
