CLARIFICATION DEADLINE :5/13/2022 4:00 PM The major work items include: installation of new traffic signal systems, trenching, patching, removal and placement, of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian ramps, and placement of pavement markings. The right is reserved to reject any and all Bids or accept the Bid that is deemed by the RTC to be in the best interest of the RTC. The RTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates or options or any combination thereof. The RTC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted Bid Forms.
