Renovation of a residential development in Lytton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
LFN invites Proposals, through this RFPQ, for General Contracting Services for remediation and repair of 11 houses damaged during the 2021 Wildfire. The purpose of this RFPQ is to identify a Preferred Proponent that LFN can work with to remediate the noted homes. Once the Preferred Proponent has been chosen they will work with LFN to identify a final scope of work that the Preferred Proponent will deliver. The Preferred Proponent will subsequently enter into an agreement with LFN to become the Prime Contractor for this project, as defined by WorkSafe BC. In general, the project involves: Remediation and repair of 11 standing homes that will include: Repair and potential replacement of roofs Repair and potential replacement of electrical systems within houses Repair and replacement of carpets and/or flooring Repair and replacement of windows Remediation and repair of water damage Abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
