Curbs, Paving (Trail Paving), Construction, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Erosion Control - Temporary, Landscaping Description: The work for which bids are asked includes approximately the following: O'Neill Creek Trailhead o Erosion control including turbidity barrier. o Tree grubbing o Riprap and boulder landscape river bank stabilization o Shoreline Boulder steps o Excavation and grading o Restroom Building with associated utilities and Court Street Repair o Parking lot improvements including base aggregate, curb &gutter and asphalt o Bio-Infiltration basin and Underdrain o Concrete edging and preparation of base for playground and fitness equipment o Site Electrical Installation o 10 Foot wide multi-use trail o Concrete sidewalks o Landscaping and park amenities o Site restoration o Coordination with owner on work provided by owner. o Additive Alternate for Additional Parking Lot Reconstruction and Paving The anticipated substantial completion date is November 1, 2022 and final completion date is June 1, 2023. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract.
