Renovation of a stadium in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project consists of removing existing bleachers and CMU supports below. Repair concrete floor where CMU was installed. Provide and install (4) freestanding sets of electric operated telescopic bleacher systems, nine rows each. Aisle width between seating to be 4'6" wide with non-slip tread. Seating to be plastic modular 10" deep. Self-storage end rails. Wheelchairs deck per ADA code and handicap ramp to run alongside bleachers. Media platform (4' x 8'). Shop drawings provided by Bleacher Company required for approval. Electric requirement: 208/230V, 5 wire 3-phase system. All scope related questions are to be submitted in writing to the attention of Cynthia MacLeod at cmacleod@holtzbuilders.com Holtz Builders Inc., no later than May 9, 2022 by 1:00PM. All questions will be answered via a bid clarification or an addendum. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
