Renovation of a municipal facility in West York, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 14, 2022, the project has been awarded, construction is underway and nearing completion. The York Adams Tax Bureau (YATB) hereby invites Prime Contract Bids for General Construction for the York Adams Tax Bureau Office Renovation Project, located at 1405 North Duke Street, York, PA 17404. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond by acceptable surety or certified check made payable to York Adams Tax Bureau in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount must accompany each bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit a Statement of Qualifications on request. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages. No proposal may by withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. York Adams Tax Bureau reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bid and/or to reject any and all bids. Last Day for Questions May 6, 2022 *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
