Project is located in the Pheasant Branch Conservancy between Hwy 12 and Century Avenue in Middleton, WI and can be accessed via Conservancy trail entrance on Parmenter Street and Park Street. The Pheasant Branch Streambank Stabilization Mainstem Pond to Century Ave project includes bank grading to add additional flood flow capacity and restore eroded streambanks to more stable angles. Toe of slope protection in the form of stone and/or wood is included to add additional habitat. Approximately 900 linear feet of steam channel will be slightly adjusted in two areas where the channel will be shifted away from falling gabion walls and falling sheet-piled areas.
