Site work for a mixed-use development in Palm Coast, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
The City of Palm Coast is requesting proposals from Florida State Licensed General Contractors for construction work at our existing Holland Park Splash Pad located at 18 Florida Park Drive North, Palm Coast, Florida. The purpose of this Bid is to address design and construction deficiencies that were observed subsequent to the opening of the Splash Pad on May 3, 2021. The work will include removal, storage and protection of the existing water features, removal of the concrete deck, modifications to existing system piping, installation of a new concrete sub-deck, re-installation of the surface water features and installation on a new Code compliant interactive water feature surface material.
