Renovation of an educational facility in Levis, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project 892-9074-45 / CFMU / Repairs of raining area infrastructure - Model component. The repairs requested include structural work for the repair of the steel frame and the repair of slabs on the ground and concrete curbs. In a non-limiting manner, steel plates must be replaced on the floor of deck #2, repairs are required on a steel beam and on the catwalks, doors are to be repaired and grating panels are to be replaced. In addition to this work, there is plumbing work for the repair, modification and replacement of fire pipes. Architectural work is also needed to paint the new steel elements and to bring the existing ramps and guardrails up to standard. TIMELINE: Tender call # 2204801 has been cancelled. Reference number: 1598970. Some urgent work will be done internally in fall, 2022. The decision as to when the rest of the scope of work will be done has not been made yet. It might be integrated into another project and will be covered in the separate report. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
