Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Mountain View Mausoleum Roof Replacement for the City of Oregon City The project includes: The project includes but is not limited to the tear off and removal of existing roof layers, disposal, roof replacement materials, additional and incidental Work as called for by the Scope of Work. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of contract. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a maintenance guarantee in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of the public improvements for a two-year period following acceptance of the public improvements. Evidence of workers' compensation insurance will be required before the work shall commence. The City will investigate and determine the qualifications of the apparent low bidder prior to awarding the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
