In order to meet CES Members needs for above ground fuel storage tanks, fuel dispensing pumps sales, installation, maintenance and repair at various locations statewide. CES is seeking NM Construction Industries licensed (GB-98, EE-98, GF-7, GF-8) contractors, distributors/suppliers with the experience, capacity, and capability to provide, install, maintain, and repair above ground fuel storage tanks and fuel dispensing pumps for CES Members and Participating Entities statewide as required. There is no estimated value at this time. This solicitation is for projects as needed by the Owner. Question deadline: May 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Questions must be submitted electronically thru the CES eProcurement system prior to the question submission deadline. The last day to submit written questions which may result in a formal response by Addendum. During the RFP process, all questions regarding this RFP are to be submitted via CES eProcurement System. CES REQUIRES that the Offeror provides an electronic copy of most recent PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENT. Upload your document(s) to https://www.ces.org/financial-information.aspx This mandatory document MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN THE DATE AND TIME THE ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL IS DUE.
