The City of North Battleford is accepting tenders for various improvements included in the 2022 Surface Package. Work for this package includes the following projects: Territorial Drive and Highway #4 Intersection Overlay; Territorial Drive Walking Path; Pioneer Avenue Sidewalk Installation; and 2022 Sidewalk Replacements (Various Locations). Work of this Contract, further identified as 2022 Capital Projects - Surface Package, includes but is not limited to: .1 Project #1: Territorial Drive and Highway #4 Intersection Overlay Provide: .1 Milling of existing surfacing. .2 Application of Tack Coat. .3 Application of a 50mm Asphalt Overlay. .4 Application of Line Paint. .2 Project #3: Territorial Drive Walking Path Provide: .1 Construction of a new embankment for the Walking Path. .2 Installation of the Walking Path Surfacing Structure. .3 Project #4: Pioneer Ave - Sidewalk Installation Provide: .1 Remove and dispose of the existing curb and gutter within the project area. .2 Regrade the existing backslope to make room for a new sidewalk with attached curb and gutter. .3 Install new sidewalk with attached curb and gutter on the north side of Pioneer Avenue within the project extents. .4 Relocate two fire hydrants which fall within the purposed sidewalk alignment. .5 Reset two existing catch basins within the new curb and gutter. .4 Project #5: Sidewalk Replacement (various locations): Provide: .1 Remove and dispose of existing curb and gutters, separated sidewalks, monolithic sidewalk and curb and gutter, and driveway and alleyway crossings, within the project extents. .2 Install curb and gutters, separated sidewalks, monolithic sidewalk and curb and gutter where indicated. .3 Install Pedestrian crossings where indicated. .4 Adjust existing catch basin leads and install a new surface grate where indicated.
