The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the installation of approximately 6 foot high Chain Link Fence located at 115 Prince Street in accordance with the bid documents.Nothing in this Specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractors' responsibility to verify measurements and request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. All questions must be submitted through the City of Warner Robins bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: 1. Worker's Compensation & Builders Risk 100% 2. Comprehensive General Liability 1M/3M/50K 3. Comprehensive Vehicle Liability 1M/3M/50K This bid shall be binding upon the bidder for 60 calendar days following the bid opening date. Any bid on which the bidder shortens the acceptance period may be rejected. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
