s of July 12, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The successful Bidder shall furnish and install all materials, equipment and labor which is reasonably inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work specified in this IFBC, whether specifically indicated in the IFBC or not. The successful Bidder shall furnish all shop drawings, work drawings, labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by these Specifications. The successful Bidder shall perform the Work complete, in place and ready for continuous service and shall include any repairs, replacements, and / or restoration required as a result of damages caused prior to acceptance by the County. Rebase and Resurface Lockwood Ridge Road from 56th Ave Ter East to University Parkway. Base failures are causing this roadway to fail and cannot be repaired with a typical resurfacing job. This effort has been ongoing for several years with patching at various locations. It has become apparent that the entire roadway needs base repair. Q & A deadline: Apr 28, 2022 3:00:00 PM EDT
