All questions should be emailed to Libby Rush at libby.rush@highpointnc.gov before 12:00 pm on Friday, May 20th, 2022. It is the general intent to award this contract to a single overall bidder on all items. The right is reserved; however, to make awards on the basis of individual items or groups of items, if such shall be considered by the City to be most advantageous or to constitute its best interest. This contract is for a one-year period to begin July 1, 2022 and end June 30, 2023. All terms and conditions of Bid # 8031-053122 apply to this contract award as if attached hereto. This contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year period if terms and pricing are agreeable to both parties. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to award quantities greater or less than proposed based on funds and or need. It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish a contractor for Landscape Services for the High Point Parks and Recreation Department
