Establish a Price Agreement for the New Mexico Department of Transportation - District five, for Septic Tank Pumping for District Five's Patrol yards, Project offices and Rest areas. If you have questions regarding this ITB please contact: Procurement Specialist: Karen G. Acosta Telephone No.: (505) 372-9264 Email: Karen.Acosta-Gonzal@state.com.us The term of this Price Agreement shall be for one (1) year from date of award with the option to extend for a period of three (3) additional years, on a year-to-year basis, by mutual agreement of all parties and approval of the New Mexico State Purchasing Agent at the same price, terms, and conditions. This Price Agreement shall not exceed four (4) years. The New Mexico State Purchasing Agent or his/her designee reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive technical irregularities, and to award to the Bidder whose bid is deemed to be in the best interest of the State of New Mexico.
