Classroom Projector Replacement Project. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to remove existing equipment and install new projectors and white boards in three (3) school buildings. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Upper Perkiomen School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days Project Description: The work shall include the removal of existing visual display units (projectors, SMART boards, white boards, and/or chalk boards from multiple rooms within THREE (3) of the Upper Perkiomen School District's buildings: Marlborough Elementary School, Hereford Elementary School, and the 4 th and 5 th Grade Center. Following removal of equipment, the Contractor shall be responsible for installing new Owner-supplied visual display equipment (short throw projectors and white boards), and the associated patching, wiring and related work.
