The Town of North Branford is soliciting competitive bids for cleaning services for four (4) Municipal Buildings commencing July 1, 2022. This contract shall be for a base term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2025, provided that the contract is not terminated for just cause by the Town prior to this date. The Town shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to extend this contract for up to two (2) one (1) year 12-month periods (total of 5 years) (the "Option Years"). The Town Manager reserves the right to reject all proposals or waive defects in same if he deems such to be in the best interest of the Town. Each bidder shall be required to deposit with his proposal a security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the annual base bid in accordance with the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders, Item #18. North Branford Police Department 260 Forest Road North Branford, CT 06471 Approximately 6,000 square feet 3. North Branford Public Works Garage 290 Forest Road North Branford, CT 06471 Approximately 1,350 square feet 4. Company 4, Ambulance Building 1351 Middletown Avenue Northford, CT 06472 Approximately 5,000 square feet 5. Stanley T. Williams Community Center 1332 Middletown Avenue Northford, CT 06472 Open 24 hours a day -- 7 days a week Building is cleaned Monday thru Saturday 7:00 am -- 3:30 pm - winter 6:00 am -- 2:30 pm - summer Open 24 hours a day -- 7 days a week
