The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department proposes to enter into a contract for Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, and vegetation cutting services along City held easements, street rights-of-way, and other City owned/controlled property for labor and equipment costs on an hourly basis. Work conducted under this contract shall be directed by the Sewer Maintenance Division Superintendent or their designee. The following aspects shall be considered within the scope of work: Contractor Availability; Project Planning, Coordination, and Execution; Expected Operational Periods; Labor and Equipment; Contractor Responsibilities; Debris Removal; and Location/Duration of Projects. There will be no Pre-Submittal Conference for this RFP.
