Perform monitoring during "Affected Construction Operations" which include bridge demolition, cofferdam installation, driving sheeting, pile installation, paving or any other construction activity that has the potential to have significant impact on existing components or utilities. Before, during, and after construction; inspect the structures and document the condition of the structures in written reports.
