Main Street in West Norriton Township, Montgomery County, PA. Associated improvements include a new stormwater management system and basins, practice green, designated golf cart staging area, landscaping and lighting. Also part of this project is a new above-ground stormwater management basin near the previously constructed maintenance building on the site. The existing clubhouse/restaurant building will be removed by others prior to the start of this project. The halfway house will be constructed by others prior to the start of this project. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract.
