Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to the Construction of Bridgeland Prairieland Village Sec 19. Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 2,200 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances. 2. Approximately 1,860 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system. 3. Approximately 1,960 LF of 24-inch through 42-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances. 4. Approximately 6,600 LF of 6-inch concrete pavement. 5. Approximately 4,100 LF of 4-inch to 6-inch concrete curb A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids The successful Bidder must submit, within five (5) working days after the date of the Owner's Notice of Award, Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds on the forms furnished, each in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. With this link you can see the opening online. 2) If you do not have access to Zoom, there is a call-in number included on the link to hear the bid opening. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as may be permitted by applicable law, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that the Bidder is not responsible or fails to meet other criteria whereby the Owner may reject the bid, in its discretion. Owner also reserves the right to waive all formalities or technical defects, except the time that bids are received, and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder. Discrepancies between the multiplication of units of Work and unit prices will be resolved in favor of the unit prices. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum.
