Site work and new construction of a retail development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot retail development; and for site work for a retail development.
Work includes, but not limited to, upfit of a 4,500 square foot of an existing shell building with limited exterior improvements. Interior up fit of the shell building will address installation of metal stud wall framing, wall and floor finishes, millwork, aluminum storefront, hollow metal door / window frame and door installation. Interior arrangement consisting of Vestibule, Retail Sales area, Manager Office, Storage/ Stock Room, Break Room, Toilets and Back of House Sales area. The project will include Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical building systems to support the new store. All work to be per the project drawings and specifications. City of High Point ABC Board solicits a 10% MBE/WBE participation as set forth in the notice to bidders of the contract documents and reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and waiver informalities in bidding.
