Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Audubon, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of multiple work scopes for all the work necessary to renovate the existing and add a 2- story addition to the Elementary School in Audubon [COMPLETE]. This Bid package, Bid Package 1, is a material (Work Scope #1) & labor package (Work Scope #2), consisting of Structural steel framing, steel joist framing, steel decking and misc. metal fabrications. Bid Package 2, with the remainder of the work scopes, will be released later in the fall of 2022. Work will begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. The anticipated award date is May 24th, 2022. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The onsite work will begin on the premises no later than September 2022. Owner requires all work for 2-story addition to be substantially completed by Monday, November 7, 2022. Owner requires all work for In-fill addition to be substantially completed July 2023.
