N69450-21-D-0064/0065/0066/0067/0068/0069/0070 N69450-22-D-0025/0026 Package 7A Design-Build at NAS Pensacola FL: Project consists of interior and exterior storm damage repairs to Buildings 646, and 4149 at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola FL. Building 646 was built in the early 1940s and is a steel-framed structure of approximately 15,196 square feet with hollow clay masonry infill walls with brick veneer located at the northeast corner of Radford Blvd and West Ave onboard NAS Pensacola. The building serves as a training building for the AirForce. Minor site damage was observed. Pre-storm structural damage was observed, which was exacerbated by Hurricane Sally. Significant roof and exterior envelope damage were observed. Significant storm damage was observed to interior ceilings, walls, and floors. Damage was observed to the fire alarm system, but not to the fire suppression system. Significant damage was observed to the HVAC system, and to the lighting and electrical distribution systems. No data network or other low-voltage system damage was observed. Building 4149 was built in the early 2000s and is a masonry and steel hangar structure of approximately 103,054 square feet located at 880 San Carlos Road onboard NAS Pensacola. The building serves as an aircraft maintenance hangar for USAF 451St Flying Training Squadron. Storm related site damage was observed; however, no storm related structural damage was observed. Mold was observed in the building in several locations. Asbestos was not reported in the building
