In general, the work comprises of the removal of existing and installation of new lighting fixtures and equipment, including upgrades to the existing electrical systems, circuits, outlets, conduits, wires, and all other components required to complete the work in place, as shown and described on the Plans and these Specifications, all within the City of Laguna Beach.
