Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
BGE Job No. 8071-00(R) - C3 Constructors - $1,062,000 Replacement of inoperable aeration basin sluice gates, replacement of inoperable sluice gate rods, cleaning out aeration basin (sand, rags, etc.), replacing inoperable aeration diffusers, drilling 12-inch holes between digestor basins at the bottom of the basin, cleaning out digestor basins. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 5/13/2022 10:00 AM CST
