Site work and paving for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 4,446 LF of 8-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 2,276 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 283 LF of 8-inch force main pipe and all appurtenances 2,491 LF of 24-inch through 66-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 4,261 SY of 8-in Subgrade Preparation 11,026 SY of 6-in Subgrade Preparation 3,804 SY of 7-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 9,682 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 8,003 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
