Maintenance and Repair Materials Fob Plant or Quarry and Furnished and Delivered as Required The contract shall commence five (5) business days from Date of Award for a period (12) consecutive month. In addition, for Group B (Items B-1 & B-2) Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) F & D, subject to the availability of funds and approval by the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners the County and the awarded vendor for Group B may by mutual agreement extend this section of the contract for an additional twelve (12) month period at the original terms and conditions of the contract. If a bidder chooses to deliver the bid and attend the bid opening, the bids MUST be given to the Purchasing staff member who is in the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners' Meeting Room, prior to the opening time. If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq.
