Description

Renovation of a museum in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The City of Palatka is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide their expertise and experience to perform mold remediation and removal of contaminated building material services at the St. Johns River center. Deadline for Questions: May 6, 2022 All work shall be complete by June 10, 2022, if work is to exceed this date, the city shall be notified five days prior to this date of any extension The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities submitted, reject any and/or all submittals, re-advertise, and accept any submittals deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No fax or e-mail proposals will be accepted. SCOPE OF WORK: Work consists of, but is not limited to removal and replacement existing windows and trim. Supply and install double pane vinyl windows (Milgard or equal). Paint asneeded to match existing. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to perform the window replacements and associated exterior repairs replacements and associated exterior repairs in Westley. See Exhibit 1
