SCOPE OF WORK The County of Darlington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, fabricate, and install two new County Government signs located at the Darlington County Sheriff's Office and W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center. The current County government sign is located at the corner of Harry Byrd Hwy and Camp Rd. The newly designed replacement sign should be 20 percent larger than current sign and will not be back lit and will need to have LED lights installed to shine onto sign facade from the ground. The new replacement sign will include the following departments with their representative department logo: Courthouse Annex, Emergency Services, Emergency Communications, Emergency Management, and Prison Camp. The second installed sign will be at the corner of Harry Byrd Hwy and Rogers Rd. This will be a new installation for the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center with its representative logo and sign size should be approximately 8'x 10' with no back lighting and LED lighting installed to shine on the sign facade from the ground
