The Contractor shall pressure wash the entire Courthouse Complex including but not limited to, sidewalks, buildings, pillars, windows, storefronts, exterior ceilings, cupola, steps, railings, flagpole monument, courtyard, doors and any exterior accessories to the complex. Picture below for reference. The Contractor shall use a biodegradable, non-toxic detergent to ensure dirt, mildew and stains are penetrated. Schedule of work shall take place after normal business hours. The Contractor shall ensure equipment is safely set up to avoid any trip hazards. The Contractor shall be responsible to repair or replace any damaged property, at the County's discretion, in result of preforming this project. Project shall be completed within three weeks after award of project. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur. Contractors must be able to provide current Certificates of Insurance for public liability, property damage, and Workers' Compensation. Quotes/bids/proposals will not be accepted after the due date assigned.
