The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit Campus Janitorial Services as specified herein for buildings managed by Boise State University but that may not be on the main campus.. Deadline To Receive Questions: Wednesday, 05/112022 5:00 PM MDT Anticipated Release of Answers to Questions: Friday, 05/13/2022 at: electronically Validity of Bid Bid proposals are to remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing date. Proposals submitted with a validity period of less than this will be found unresponsive and will not be considered. Initial Term of Contract and Renewals: Initial Term of the Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. Following the Initial Term, the parties may extend the Contract under the same pricing, terms and conditions, on an annual basis, upon mutual written consent for up to 4 additional one (1) year terms. This contract will be effective on 7/1/22 Price increases, if any, will be considered at the Contract renewal date only. For a price increase to be considered, the Contractor must provide written justification for the increase ninety (90) days prior to contract renewal date.
