The Work for Contract 2022-1 is generally described to include installation of approximately 410 cubic yards of R-6 riprap along an approximately 206 foot stretch of Elk Creek, as well as sawtooth mudsill and log frame stone deflector stream enhancements. The Contractor must abide by all laws and regulations applicable to state funded public contracts, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity. Prevailing wages will apply. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
