Site work for a water / sewer project in Kettering, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installing approximately 2556' of 8" DIP and 66 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as show on the plans are also included. Performance/Payment Bond: The successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid, shall furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in the form of the Performance/Payment Bond included in Specification Section 00512 in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA Bond forms are not acceptable. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
